FEDUP is a collective of trans+, intersex, and gender diverse people who believe eating disorders in marginalized communities are social justice issues. FEDUP’s mission is to make visible, interrupt, and undermine the disproportionately high incidence of eating disorders in trans and gender diverse individuals through radical community healing, recovery institution reform, research, empowerment, and education. FEDUP offers support groups, a dietitian match program, and training for health care providers.

Project HEAL’s vision is to create a world where everyone with an eating disorder has the opportunities & resources they need to heal. Their programs break down systemic, healthcare, and financial barriers that millions of people in the U.S. face when trying to heal from their eating disorder. They offer clinical assessment, treatment placement, cash assistance, and insurance navigation. Project HEAL has dedicated funds for LGTBQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

WithAll empowers adults with the tools they need to help children and young people foster a positive body image and relationship with food. WithAll also provide grants for those with financial need to enable participation in intensive treatment to recover from an eating disorder. In partnership with donors and businesses, WithAll is on a mission to change cultural perspectives on health related to body and food, one step at a time.

The National Alliance for Eating Disorders is the leading national non-profit organization providing education, referrals, and support for all individuals experiencing eating disorders, as well as their loved ones. Alliance coordinates low cost educational training days for eating disorder care providers and offers a self-service interactive tool to find eating disorder care near you.
